ICMVA 2019 conference was held at was held successfully as a workshop of ICFCC 2019 in Yangon during Feb.27-Mar.1. This conference is opened by Union Minister of Ministry of Education and Chief Minister of Yangon Region Government and welcomed by Rector. Several invite speeches and parallels were started in the afternoon and the second day.
