Submission Guidance
Language
English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
Presentation & Publication (Full paper)
Full paper is requested, if you also consider publishing your paper.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing. Authors retain the right to publish an extended, significantly updated version in another periodical.

full papers will be uploaded to Crosscheck for Plagiarism
first.
Any paper submitted for the conference is reviewed by at
least two international reviewers with expertise in the
relevant subject area.
Based on the reviewer’s comments, papers are accepted,
rejected or accepted with revision.
If the comments are not addressed well in the improved
paper, then the paper is sent back to the authors to make
further revisions.
The accepted papers will be invited to be presented at the
conference then included in the conference proceedings.
Presentation Only (Abstract)
If you just make an presentation during ICMVA 2024 without paper publication, you can only submit an abstract. Note: abstract can be included in Program only.
Template Download
One regular registration covers papers within 10 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged. If you are using Latex Template, the page limitation is different, manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and extra pages will be charged when the paper has over 5 pages.
