Registration Note:

Author: making a presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings/journals.
Presenter: making a presentation on the conference without paper publishing.
Listener: participating in the conference only with neither presentation nor paper publication.

* One regular registration covers papers within 10 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged. If you are using Latex Template, the page limitation is different, manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and extra pages will be charged when the paper has over 5 pages.
** One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceedings or journal.
***Required documents: 1. final paper with word and pdf;  2. filled registration form; 3. scanned payment proof. Send the package to icmva@sciei.org to finish the registration.
****A copy of the student ID is required to register with the student rate.
Pay attention!! After you submitted all materials and finished registration process, your paper will be submitted to editors for re-modification and publication. If there are any problems, the conference secretary will mail or call you soon. Please check your mailbox usually and keep your cellphone available. If you cannot amend paper and feed back modified one before the deadline, publication will be cancelled without any refund.

Refund Policy

• Your refund request will not be accepted after January 20th, 2023.
  In the case of a refund for personal reasons, a handling fee of $30 will be charged.
  Send your application to conference secretary via email.
• *Force Majeure: The ICMVA cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
  Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
